Job Profile • Maintain and update accurate data in the Human Resources Information System pertaining to employee life cycle movements. • Oversee post-offer non-executive recruitments and manage the onboarding process. • Coordinate the employee promotion confirmation process. • Address staff requests related to HR life cycle promptly. • Uphold the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality in all duties and responsibilities. Special Skills: • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in computer literacy. • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Qualifications Full or partial qualification in Human Resources management is preferred and considered will be an added advantage.
